Live Production is unlike any other production environment—constantly changing, fast-paced, and unpredictable. The pressures of live shows shape engineers who can endure long hours, last-minute changes, and inevitable system failures. Every show is a new experience, in a new venue, with a new local crew and the only constant is the expectation to make it all work. A venue and equipment alone aren’t enough to ensure a great show; it takes a great design, a detailed plan, and reliable equipment combined with the best engineers on-site.
8185 GROUP brings the experience of live production to AVL projects. Our design and install engineers come from virtually every production trade and experience. From mixing artists on world tours to doing instant replay for sporting events. From audio support at the Rose Parade to rigging the Oscars.
Our road-inspired engineering process keeps your budget focused on infrastructure, equipment and the best install engineers. This is possible because we use the same engineers to design, install, and commission our projects. This also allows us to launch and execute projects with less paperwork and less time.
Our manufacturer-neutral approach enables us to design based on client budget, client goals and supply-chain conditions.
We accept a limited number of projects each year to ensure each system gets personal service and detailed attention with unmatched speed.
